Our Mission
Virtual Reality Therapy
We live in a dynamic, tech-advanced, world where traditional one-on-one conversations with youths may not always be sufficient to effect change. Virtual Reality Therapy (VRT) is a novel therapeutic modality that has been shown to effectively reduce anxieties and panic, while improving emotional regulation in clients. When combined with Somatic Experiencing Therapy (SET) and Reality Therapy (RT), VRT can produce a sustained improvement in emotional and behavioral presentation in children, adolescents, and adults. This innovative approach to mental health care offers a modern and engaging approach to mental wellness in a rapidly changing world.
